Main areas of practice :
--International Commercial Arbitration Law: represent the clients to deal with arbitration of civil commercial cases home and abroad.
--WTO and International Competition Law: Cases handled include anti-dumping, countervailing, safeguard investigations, trade barriers complaining; WTO dispute settlement; international anti-trust.
--International Trade & Investment Law: Cases handled include international trade and the investment law case in courts of various instances, and provide legal advice and other non-litigious service for market access, trade and investment .
Docter Li has represented almost hundreds of clients concerning above-mentioned relevant law cases and legal affairs.
Academic achievement:
Monographs and co-authored books which have been already published include: “guidance to the practice of complaining and responding to Anti-Dumping Cases”, “Antidumping Law and Practice”, “International Arbitration Law of Trade and Economy”, “Settlement of Disputes of WTO and Legal Practice of Anti-Unfair Commerce”, “WTO and Legal Practice of International Cargo Commerce, etc. Doctor Lee has also published over forty papers in Jurisprudence and Modern Jurisprudence. Besides, he has given hundreds of lectures on special topic to leaders of government of state, provincial and local level.
