王雪华律师，法学博士，曾任中国对外经济贸易大学法学院副院长、外经贸部反倾销咨询小组秘书、外经贸部反倾销、反补贴及保障措施条例起草小组成员、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁员、北京仲裁委员会仲裁员，现任全国律协WTO专门委员会副主任、北京市律师协会反倾销、反垄断专业委员会主任、对外经济贸易大学法学院兼职教授、中国政法大学兼职教授、清华大学法律硕士联合导师。
王雪华律师是环中律师事务所的设立合伙人。
1999年4月，北京市司法局授予其“第二届北京市十佳律师”称号。2003年，王雪华律师获得北京市律师协会2003年最佳专业委员会主任称号。2004年11月，王雪华律师荣获北京市“优秀中国特色社会主义事业建设者”称号。2005年5月，中共北京市委政法委员会授予王雪华律师获得北京市政法系统“十百千”人才称号。2005年6月，中华全国律师协会授予王雪华律师“全国优秀律师”称号。
